As an entrepreneurial firm, we never set limits on what you can achieve or where you can take your career.
At MNP, our success comes from an outstanding team who all share in our values and philosophy of creating an exceptional client experience.
MNP is a leading national accounting, tax and business consulting firm serving our clients needs from coast to coast.
At MNP, you’ll have all the tools and support you need to work as efficiently as possible, leaving you plenty of time to recharge outside the office.
At MNP, we’re flexible. We recognize that not every lifestyle is 9 to 5. Striking the right balance between work and life is crucial to our success as a firm – and is a fundamental value of our firm. If you have a unique circumstance, but also have the talent and drive, we’ll customize an arrangement that works for all of us.
We want you to have flexibility to enjoy your week at the lake, coach a kids' soccer team, or simply kick back and relax. Our definition of balanced lifestyle isn’t theory, it’s fact.
A day in the life: Here are a few ways some of our current team members exhibit a balanced lifestyle:
What does a balanced lifestyle mean to you?
To love what you do, you need to have fun doing it. At MNP, we don't just work together; we play together. Our relaxed culture is based on friendship and built over business. A friendly, casual work environment is our goal and our commitment, and our team is renowned for having a warm, down-to-earth style and a great sense of humour.
“Since been crowned the 2007 Canadian Professional Ladies Barrel Racing Rookie, I have been competing at rodeos north and south of the Canadian and U.S. border. I competed at the 2008 Canadian Finals Rodeo held at Rexall Place during Farm Fair and ranked fifth in Canada. This allowed me to qualify and compete at the 2009 Calgary Stampede, which was a dream come true for me. I know I could not have realized this dream had it not been for MNP's unwavering support. Not only did MNP provide sponsorship support, they offered me a balanced lifestyle and flexibility to meet my rodeo schedule.”

“I’ve been performing and recording with my heavy metal/rock band KEN mode since 1999. In 2011, I decided to take a year-long leave of absence from MNP and dedicate myself to touring in support of our most recent album, Venerable. I wasn’t sure how my decision would be received, but was pleasantly surprised by the amount of support and encouragement I received from both my peers and the partner group. After an amazing year of touring, during which we played 160 shows in 18 countries, the band won the inaugural "Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year” award at the 2012 Juno Awards in Ottawa. MNP has been incredibly supportive and flexible in allowing me to reach both my professional and musical goals.”

“In my spare time, I'm the head coach for a competitive gymnastics club in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. Coaching is very rewarding, and helps me maintain a balanced lifestyle. MNP has supported and encouraged my volunteer commitment by giving me the flexibility I need to make a difference to the gymnastics community.”
